Nice one Alok :). That’s one side of you I had not known. This is really cool :).
These interview tips are really good. The best thing for any interview is letting your personality do the speaking, relate to the person conducting the interview, open yourself up. They want to know as much as possible about the candidate and make a decision whether to select them or not. I guess our job as a candidate is to make that process as simple and easy as possible and things will fall into place 🙂

Very well said Alok. I’d like to draw the attention towards the fact that there is a minute difference between confidence and overconfidence. One should be aware of this while projecting confidence in an interview.

Yes Ravish you are absolutely right 🙂 The candidate should make sure that there should not be a hint of overconfidence to interviewer from his/her behavior.

A great post! Being into recruitment I would also suggest that the CVs should mention the dates correctly years of education and experience and yes truth is the solution but also to hide or not mentioning 2 or 3 month experience can show gaps in the cv so I will suggest do not leave in 2 to 3 months unless there is some grave emergency. 🙂
