    And a lovely post indeed, a much needed one. Esp I needed this cos the last two weeks have been a little crazy, too many various things running on my mind and I am not able to organize things properly :).. I need some diversion, maybe a great movie 🙂

  2. No doubts on what ever u suggested to be calm but most of the times difficult to follow & realize latter on that you were wrong but inspite of realizing we do same mistakes again and again.

  3. Thanks for sharing those helpful tips but I think we can’t hardly control our emotions when it hurts our self esteem and will do the needful to retrieve it back at all cost…

    1. You are right Treat and Trick, but then you should understand that hurting self esteem is a bit even better than hurting your physical and mental health. Just because you cannot control your patience you are not suppose to harm your heart and body 🙂

  5. The reason I took to writing was to vent out my anger. being a person with anger issues it actually helped me a lot.Also ignoring the things that will make me loose my temper works. A great follow up post

    I totally agree with you when it comes to calming yourself the best thing to do is divert your mind but that is definitely not easy and takes a Lot of patience and practice 🙂 But contacting a best friend has always helped me … And doing what we love to do does makes things easier to stay calm.. I stock up Ice cream and eat load’s of ice cream to stay calm and so far Ice cream has helped me the most 😀 As usual loved the post !

    1. Ha ha, very good Nisa, you have the best tactics to handle anger and it is to eat ice cream 🙂 Great. To be very frank friends are very much required in our life. There are somethings which we cannot even discuss with our parents, siblings, or spouses, and those we can only share with a real friend….
