  2. I love the fourth one Alok… Helping and loving nature, it is something which can uplift one’s spirit any day and bring everything to shape.

    As for healthy eating and exercise are concerned, I am a huge fanatic of sports and I used to be good in choosing what to eat. I have become very lazy from the past 6 months though.. Trying to whip myself back into shape.. Guess its time to stop giving reasons 🙂

Thanks a lot Vinay, yes you said it right that sports plays a crucial role in our life and making it healthy, I was a regular one in sports like Cricket, badminton, and football as well till a few years back, but unfortunately now I don’t really get any time for them. You know the tough lifestyle in metro cities.

  5. Dear Alok a very good write up on all that needs to be known of the topic Health. i would however love to add just one more with ur permission. When we follow all this that you have so aptly assimilated with your own experiences included…how about also taking that time out and ENJOYING ALL THE LITTLE THINGS IN LIFE. Because one day we do look back and realize they were BIG things. Hahahaha Alok like they say in Hindi…hamari umar mein hum yahee salah detay hain.
    But i have really nodded my head in agreement to all u have specified…can u picture that. 🙂

    1. Thanks a lot Shivani, I am glad that you liked them and shared one of the most basic things which we usually forget, like you see I too forget to mention them. It is very much true that we should take some time out and enjoy all little things in our life. I usually do the same and thanks a lot for sharing the same with us.

      Picturing them is a bit difficult task for me, as you know I am not that much creative. I just try to fill that gap with my words, not aware of how successful I have been in doing so, but yes trying a lot to do so 🙂
