How to Live a Healthy Life?

We all want a healthy lifestyle, but in fact we don’t have the much needed time to live a healthy life. Here are a few tips which can make our life a real healthy life. Read on this blog of mine on how to live a healthy life?

I guess it was 3 years back when I first diagnosed diabetic and I realized the importance of a healthy life, but unfortunately for my case it become too late. I was already dictated as a diabetic person, and everyone around me, which also includes me as well, was worried about my physical and mental health, so what I do is try to eat healthy and exercise and for the mental health the use of products like cannabis pens help me a lot relax at home when I’m feeling stress about work or my health.

Thankfully it was the strong determination of my wife which brought back my life on track. Though I am not living a restricted life, but yes still some precautions are very much required for me.

Honestly speaking I don’t want anyone else to live such a life. I mean being a diabetic is a situation in which you are not a serious patient as well, but still you are a patient. It is a disease which is not so threatening while too much threatening as well.

If you see during recent years the instances of diabetes, blood pressure related diseases, heart related diseases, etc. are increasing rapidly. We need to follow a healthy lifestyle; otherwise we too might get affected from such diseases.

So the biggest question is how? How can we be able to live a healthy life? Here are some of my tips to live a healthy life:

 Healthy Eating

The main reason behind the growing instances of such diseases is our eating habits. Fast foods are becoming the essential parts of our life and this is the main thing which causes such diseases to enter in our life.

If you want to live a healthy life, the first thing which you need to do is to ignore the eating of fast foods like burgers, chowmin, rolls, etc., oily things like chips, cold drinks, etc.

You need to eat real and clean foods. Try to include plenty of vegetables and pulses in your meal. I am not stopping someone to eat non-vegetarian food items, but then you should make sure that its quantity should not me too much and it should also be cooked properly. Try to avoid red meats, it is very harmful, while you can prefer fish or chicken or eggs, but in balanced quantity.

Try to eat fruits and milk on a regular basis. Avoid eating food items containing sugar and refined white wheat flour.

Choose high quality lean protein products as eatable. Eat food items which are meant for brain-boosting purposes.

Try to eat on a gap of around 3-4 hours, don’t eat only when you are too hungry, and rather eat small-small quantity of foods on a regular basis, so that you cannot be too hungry at any point of time.

Not only give proper care of your eating’s, but also do drink at least 6-8 glasses of water daily.

 Regular Exercise

Other than maintaining healthy food habits, you are also required to follow a regular exercise schedule. If you can be able to walk in the morning then prefer it. Not only create a plan, but also execute the same and track the progress as well.

Honestly speaking it is the regular exercise only which can stop many such diseases to interfere in our life.

If you don’t get the time in the morning to do walking or exercise, don’t worry, you should pick a time which suits you.

 Proper Sleep

Most of the common diseases which are speeding these days is because of our improper sleeping habits. We are always needed a proper sleep of around 7 to 8 hours to remain in a healthy mode.

Always understand that if you won’t sleep properly, you won’t be able to live a healthy life. Try smoking a weed flower before going to bed if you have trouble sleeping at night.

 Happy Living

Don’t try to surround your life with lots of stress and tensions. Try to live a happy life. Happy living is very much required for the proper health of yours.

Try to spend some time with kids, old age people, etc. You will realize that your life is becoming happier for you.

Try not to take much stress of everything happening in your life. Every event and incidents has significant role to play in our life, let them play only the same part; don’t allow them to ruin your life.

 Helping and Loving Nature

Try to help others. This will give you more pleasures. Thus you can be able to live a happy life.

Try to love people. Try to build strong relationships with people. Always remember that stresses in our relationships are the main reasons behind stresses in our life. Try not to grow the stresses in any relationships.

Try to be polite to anyone else. Help someone in need, like I mostly do while traveling. Don’t know how many times I did helped older people while traveling in Delhi metro and it actually gives me pleasure.

 Positive Thinking

The last but not the least tips to live a healthy life is to surround yourself with friends with positive thinking. I am not sure how many times I have mentioned this point in my blog posts, but indeed it is very much required.

Try to start off your day on a positive way. Try to forget what had happened yesterday and what will happen on tomorrow, always think about today and just think that it will be going to be a very good day today.

Read to inspirational things, blogs, books, etc. Listen to music which inspires you to do something good. Never ignore a person who always inspires you to do something good. Don’t be irritated from them.

I guess those were the six very basic things we need to do to live a healthy life. I am not sure if following them in our life is really that difficult, but yes those are not that much difficult to follow.
