Nice one Alok.. I have tried a few of these and they worked very well. Removal of a few plugins improved the load time on the site, adding relevant plug ins, esp categories has improved the time people spend on the site. The traffic too is showing an upsurge these days, thanks to the cross links and the ideas I have been following from your thoughts. The journey is getting very exciting these days 🙂

Alok, I enjoyed reading your post. I would take out time and read your all articles …It is informative. You are most welcome to criticize my blog design. Am little weak technically, and so, I am in the process of learning the same by doing R & D on my own. I am sure, your inputs would help me to make my blog more user friendly.

Really useful. I have implement many of the above ideas like social link and subscription options. Hopefully I can do that as early as possible.

yup, you should opt for clutter free design and stay away from pop ups, even those facebook like popup boxes are also annoying 🙂
