Nice one ALok.. Truly said, even I am quite reluctant to visit a site with .wordpress or .blogspot link appended, makes it look less serious. And I really like the second point, too many people complain anyway!!

You should Maniparna. Basically if you are blogging then you should go with your own domain name and hosting, as you know you are giving all your efforts for your own site, rather than working for others website. After all when you work on blogspot.com or wordpress.com all your posts are actually benefiting them only.
