Search Engine Optimization is definitely necessary for a blog or website but my views are different about the people who claim to be great SEO expert and guarantee a certain number of visitors. You can optimize your site your self, you can get help from your friends who can guide you better than those claim to optimize your site if you pay a certain amount per month.
