Colombia Defeats Japan by 4-1 in Group C Encounter!
Colombia in its last group match of FIFA World Cup 2014 prevailed over Japan in second half of the match and makes it 3 wins out of the 3 games in their group C.
Though before the match begins it was said that Colombia might win the match and Japan once again will win the heart. As we all know that how football fans of Japan were behaving in Brazil and wining hearts of the world with their behave despite being the fact that their national team was unable to win any game so far.
Still after facing the defeat the Japanese fans collected all the garbage’s spread around in a previous match in their stands and proved that they are the best football fans in this world.
Tonight it was quite clear that Japan not only needed a victory against Colombia with a big margin to stay in the tournament, but their stay was also much dependent on the decision of the other game of the same group.
Though Japan, the Samurai Blue, were dealt with an early blow when in the 17th minute of the game only Juan Cuadrado of Colombia scored the first goal for Colombia in a penalty stroke. Just when we thought that Colombia will retain this lead in the first half, Shinji Okazaki equalized at the extra time of the first half. Thus after first half the score was Japan 1 and Colombia 1, which was not that bad.
Unfortunately the second half for the Asian champions was not that good, Jackson Martinez’s of Colombia strike twice and a brilliant goal from James Rodriguez, who is my favorite player these days, condemned them to an early exit in a hugely disappointing overall performance in the FIFA World Cup 2014.
It was the end of the Japan’s performance in the FIFA World Cup 2014.
Undoubtedly James Rodriguez is becoming the one of the standout performers of the World Cup tournaments so far.

4-1? Thats a massive lead :).. I remember you are in the blogging FIFA supporting Columbia.. Looks like they are backing you up well 🙂
Yes buddy, it was a massive victory, especially the second half was fully dominated by Colombia.
Yes you said it right, I was supporting Colombia and they supported me equally. But then these victories has no role to play on the Bloggers world cup, here winners are decided on the basis of number of page views of the particular blog posts within 36 hours of the game. Hope I can be able to win this last group match as well. 🙂
Oh oh is that so? I thought it was more of a predict your winner types!!! Makes sense though, a seasoned blogger with more traffic makes more conversions for the sponsors! Either ways, all the very best mate, I really hope you win 🙂
Thank you buddy. To be very frank, there are so many bloggers out there whose page views are too more than mine and this is the reason which is making the probability of a win very less. But yes, I am in the competition and will fight till I will lose the match 🙂
Another quality update from the sports desk of Shri Alokji. Thanks a lot
