already got authership but wen i chkd it by using the link under the heading HOW TO CHECK IF GOOGLE AUTHORSHIP IS WORKING? i got the result that Authorship is not working for this webpage.why?

Dear Remya, thanks for your comment, what I can understand is that you did not put the rel=”author” tag properly on your blog.
Just for an example if you do check the authorship for my site https://www.inewsindia.com you will found the same error on it, as I don’t have rel=”author” tag on to the home page of the site, but then if you do check any of the internal page then you will find it correctly as all my posts are having this byline of by Alok Vats and Alok Vats is being linked to the Google+ profile of mine.
Please do check if it is not the case with your blog.

How much time it takes to display the image in the google search page after the authorship verification?. I verified my authorship in a month ago, but it did not display in the SERP till now. What to do?-
It hardly take that much time Rajkumar. Did you checked if everything is right? Is it showing fine on http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/richsnippets Please do check over here and do mail me at my id vatsalok@gmail.com about the results with URL of your site. I will definitely try to resolve this. 🙂

Thanks Alok, I just did about a week ago. It is pretty impressive as to how much of a value add it does to enhance the presence on google.
Alok, I was thinking, it would be a nice one if you could write a post on how to comment on blogs. I mean although the lovely people out there are commenting, I really don’t know what to say when someone says nice post.. If there was a basic set of rules which people could identify as to how to add value through commenting, I was thinking if it might be of a certain use, you know – A win win?!
I am not sure how much sense it makes, but just came to my mind. Do lemme know your thoughts 🙂

Hello sir.
I had set up the connection of G+ profile with my blog http://www.anshulgautam.in, using the rel=”author” attribute on my website homepage. I tested the URL of my site at the authorship testing tool page, and the result showed that I have successfully established the Authorship feature. However, in the google search results I dont get my profile pic, what I get is my name only.
I have been searching to resolve this but they were of no help. Would you please help me with this sir?-
Dear Anshul, first of all thanks for visiting my blog, and thanks for sharing your comments with us. To be very frank I did checked your blog and found it quite good. As far as displaying picture in Google search results is concerned, it is entirely in the hand of Google, if they will consider you as a powerful person, then they will start displaying your picture too. Don’t worry about it much. I already mentioned in my post that sometimes Google might display your profile pictures or sometimes they will simply display your name only.
What I will suggest you is simply forget about it and focus on how you can more your blog more interesting. 🙂
