It is said that if you start your day with a cup of lukewarm water along with the juice of a half squeezed lemon; it will definitely boost the immunity system of your body throughout the day.

Ideally if you want to reduce your weight naturally, nothing can replace this technique of taking lemon water at morning, when you are in empty stomach stage.

As per a general saying, it is also useful if you add a few drops of natural honey in it, although since I am a diabetic patient and honey is really a bad thing for me, despite being the fact that honey is really beneficial for many (do read benefits of honey as well), and hence I would not recommend drinking lemon water along with honey at the morning time.

Undoubtedly a good start of the day really matters a lot. It is very important that how you start the day. As I say normally that a good and positive start is very much needed to make your day a wonderful one.
