How to Produce Panda-friendly Content!
This blog post is not actually a blog post, but it is an article I wrote for a big website, and unfortunately they rejected it without saying a single word. I know that I am not good in English literature but then I tried my best to write this article, and hence am decided that I will share the same with the readers of my blog and let them decide about whether it is good one or of poor quality. Does it matches your standard or not? Please do a favor for me, do let me know your opinion about this piece of content, in the form of comment. I will definitely try to look upon your comments and will grasp those things as well.
I will be waiting for your comments.
We all know that recently Google has penalized many websites for poor quality content. During last two to three years thousands of websites with poor quality content were punished by Google Panda update.
The prime target of Panda updates were the sites which copied content from somewhere. This was the reason of panic among many website owners. There were mainly two issues present on a website which caused it to be affected by Google’s Panda update, and those were:
Duplicate Content
The first issue which caused many websites to face penalty from Panda was obviously the duplicate content. No matter if it is showing duplicate content from some other website or from your own website also. In both the cases your website will face the penalty.
Plagiarism in itself is a bad thing. Content marketers or website owners need to consider about it badly. Even if you are publishing a piece of content on your website, you should take care that it should not be duplicate from any other website and none of your web page should also make it a duplicate one.
Low-Value Content
Second thing which affected loads of websites was the low-value content. You all know about the importance of a well written piece of content which should not have any grammatical error, or spelling mistakes, etc.
So how can we be able to produce Panda friendly content?
Here are some tips to produce Google Panda friendly contents:
Always focus to prepare original contents only. Develop content from your own. Don’t ever try to copy something from somewhere else. You think that no one will be able to know from where you copied the content? Don’t be fool; search engines are too smart these days. You can’t make them fool anymore.
Try to be original with your content. There is absolutely no harm in looking for different sources for researching purposes, but when you start preparing the content, forget whatever you have researched and write your own piece only.
Before preparing any piece of content, do as much research as possible. Try to gain knowledge about a particular thing on which you want to develop a new page. Mostly well researched articles with quotes, supplied with the help of facts and data, are some of the qualities which make an article as a Panda proof one.
It is a fact that successful article writers spent more time on research than on writing the same.
You researched something. You mentioned it as well, but what is the proof of your claims? Unless you are big and known names, no one will believe on your data and facts.
So to let them believe on your data and facts always provide the references of your sources. It will surely increase the credibility of your web page, and thus make it more Panda proof and Google will never going to penalize it.
Now this is a point on which Google and all other search engines emphasizes from long-long time. Google always says that develop content depending on what your target audience want, not what search engines want. Thus considering the needs of your target audience is a must and your web page should satisfy the same.
After the Google Panda update, length of the content or the word count matters a lot. Normally a web page consisting more than 600 words is considered good. This does not mean that you can put anything in your content to increase the length. No matter what points are you making in your article, try to make them useful for the users.
Try to give many takeaways to your visitors. The purpose of your content should be like that it provides benefits to your visitors.
So, those were some of the points which can make your content as Panda Proof and will never attract any Penalty by Google in future. Other than these, planning is one of the most important things which you can focus before starting the preparation of your content. You can also make your post as one which can be shared by your readers in social media.
Excellent one!

Thank you Vinay Prajapati, am glad that you like our blog 🙂
Very nice article Alok! They shd never have rejected this! It is highly Panda friendly! 😀
Thank you Amrita, for all your support and appreciation. Although they did not found it as good as they were expecting and hence rejected it without giving me any reasons 🙂
But I have taken this as a motivation towards writing more and more, and better blogs and articles. Even it also motivated me towards my book writing desire…
