How to Fight the Isolation Stage?
There are many people out here who are either living a lonely life or an isolated life. I know that it is very much difficult to fight the isolation stage, and living a happy life when you found no one near you. You must be asking then how to fight the isolation stage?
I know that it is really hard to accept any kind of rejection in our life. Whenever you found yourself in an isolated stage, you might get demoralized to come out of the same. This lack of motivation towards coming out of the isolated or loneliness is the main force which stops you to live a happy life.
It is not like that if we are living a social life means we are not facing the isolation in our life. Believe me; we too can face this social isolation at many times, sometimes at your work place and sometimes at your residence as well. So ideally everyone is facing some sort of isolation, some faces targeted one, while others faces it by mistake.
How to Fight the Isolation Stage?
So as you must be thinking about the ways to fight the isolation, I would like to say one thing to you all that more you will fight against isolation, you will become stronger from your inside.
Here are some ways to come out of the isolation stage:
It is Not the End of the World!
Well, we all might think but it is not the end of the world my dear friend. The life goes on, it never stops for anyone. You will have to face the situation for your own sake.
You will have to accept the fact that you are living in this isolation stage and you will have to try hard to come out of it.
To be very frank this situation can change, you just need to give an effort.
Why to Depress?
Just because you are lonely or isolated, you don’t need to be depressed. Come on, there is too much of life nearby you only. No matter if you don’t have any company around, you should learn to enjoy your own company. Let’s go for a walk at early morning, enjoy the nature and natural beauties, see birds, have pets, cook something special for yourself, listen music, watch television, go out for traveling alone, or even go to watch a movie too. You can do plenty of things to enjoy your life.
I do always believe that smile is the best asset, if anyone can have.
If you can have smile on your face, believe me you will soon come out of this isolation stage. Smile is a thing which always attracts friends.
So forget about everything which has happened in the past and focus on how you can enjoy your present. Go out with confidence and smile on your face, and I am quite sure you will have some new friends in your life.
Read As Much as Possible
Those who are a regular visitor of my blog I News India, they must be aware about the benefits of reading, which Divya shared a few years back. See, the time has changed but reading benefits will never change.
If you are also finding yourself in this stage of isolation, you can also try your hand in reading books, newspapers, magazines, blogs, or whatever you want to.
Let me tell you the story of a friend of mine. She came into my life when I was also living a lonely life (because of the pregnancy of my wife). The girl was having a sad story that she had break-ups in her life for three times. The problem with her was that she was so simple in nature and everyone else tries to flirt with her. Soon she realized this and came into isolation. She was not even talking to anyone in her office as well.
Don’t remember exactly how she interacted with me first, but then we soon became friend. When I realized the issue with her life, I simply insisted her to start reading. She did not accept this soon, but once I purchased a few novels of my own choice and thankfully she like them, she started reading as a good time pass. Once she started reading books, she started liking them and soon she made so many friends as well.
Unfortunately now I don’t feature in her life, not as a friend, not as an online friend as well, and not even on What’s App too, but I am glad that she has so many friends now. And the credit goes to this love towards reading.

Join Social Media
Social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, etc. are one of the finest ways to get rid of the isolation stage easily.
See, you must need to be determined enough to live the best life, even when your life is facing some worst situation. Once you determine it you can easily connect with new people, and social media do provide the same to you.
When you will go through these sites you will realize that you are not the one who is living this isolated life. In fact there are many people out here who are living the same, but then they all are busy enough with their life only. When you will remain busy all the time, you won’t ever feel anything that you are isolated or what.
Blog it Down
I am sure many people think that what is the point in having a blog? It is meant for technical guys only. But it’s not true.
As I mentioned in one of my post on benefits of having your own blog, that anyone can blog, if the person want to share their opinion with everyone else.
Thus in my opinion blogging is one of the best ways to come out of the isolation stage. I in fact came in contact with many bloggers through my blogs only.
You can also create a free blog or get a self hosted blog and share your thought with the world. Believe me there are so many bloggers out here, who are living an isolated or single life and then also enjoying the blogging.
Hope these points might help you all to come out of the isolation stage, if you still have any issue, then you might need a friend like mine, who can bring you out of this situation. I am not sure if this blog of mine helped someone or not, but I am quite sure that I as a friend will definitely being able to do so. 🙂
