Take Care of Yourself

The very first thing which is very much required during a divorce process is to take care of yourself on a priority basis. After all if you will remain healthy, fit and fine, then only you can have the strength to fight against this process. As you all know that it is a legal process and take time to complete, so in between you might have the responsibilities of your kids, your family members and whoever, but if you yourself won’t be healthy then it will become so hard to take care of others.

See, everyone else in your family is looking towards you, they all are having sympathy as well for you, but what I want to say you is that don’t let them feel that you are weak and it can only be possible if you take good care of yourself. Remember that it is you who can only decide about whom you should share your personal feelings. Try to identify friends who are reliable and will never make either fun of your feelings, or make a gossip of it.

Social Media

Try to use the social media for a limited way only. Do not disclose all your feelings, thoughts etc. on sites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. People might make fun of your sentiments.

Try to spent time with these sites, but never reveal personal thoughts on them. Instead you might be able to write a diary to share your personal thoughts. You can do blog to express your opinions about social issues, your hobbies, etc. but there too avoid sharing your personal feelings.
