   I find Captcha irritating. Comments get lost in the process if Captcha is not entered correctly.
   I used to have it earlier & then removed it on a friend’s suggestion.
   Great tips for a new Blogger, Alok. Many things we have to learn!

No matter how expert you are, I am quite sure there are fields about which you are not at all aware of, and there are so many new things being discovered on daily basis as well.
