Thanks Indrani for your comment, what I can say you is that using custom domain name for your blogspot blog won’t harm anything. It is a simple process to redirect your blogspot blog to your own domain name and nothing else. Hope it might have cleared your doubt. I am glad that you like the blog and at least this blog of mine prompted you to go ahead with something 🙂

Many congratulations Anita, I am glad that you finally had your own domain name. Honestly Anita, why I tell everyone to blog for their own domain name is because people don’t actually remember the blogspot or wordpress.com domain names, but when you have your own domain name, people will surely remember it with your name. Thus now you will blog and people will remember your blogs name as well 🙂

Alok bhai sahab your article is far better than mine and that to is not written by me but it is written by my son. He also reads your blog regularly and much appreciates it. I am still a learner and always try to learn some things from your articles. Though I may not have much time to comment but I read every new post and a lot of older posts written by you. I read some of your articles again and again. My english may also be considered of sub standard because my entire education from standard 1 to Vyakaranacharya(A masters degree in sanskrit) was in sanskrit medium. I never learned english in a school/college but completed my M.A. English as a private candidate. I was unaware to change the domain name and told my son to change it. He told me to do it my self and posted an article on his blog to this effect
