How to Deal with Post Separation Issues?
Break up in itself is one of the most difficult issues associated with anyone’s life. Break up can literally break your heart.
Some of the side effects which break up can bring in anyone’s life are depression, pain in heart (physically and mentally as well), loss of appetite, stress, and sometimes heart attacks as well.
It’s not that much easy to tackle the post separation issues. Many people think that they can easily say goodbye and separate from someone who was one of the most desirable person at some times back in your life. It’s not that much simple.
Physical Effects of a Broken Heart
Break ups are not only meant as a melodramatic situation. It includes increase of stress level in our life, which further helps us in loss of appetite, insomnia, and other health related issues like difficulty in breathing, pain in chest, drop in blood pressure level, increase in blood sugar level, etc.
These all symptoms are bad for our body.
Here in this article we are not going to discuss about how to handle the breakups, rather in this blog we will discuss about how to deal with post separation issues. Here are some ways through which you can help yourself to deal with the post separation issues:
Observe Your Emotions
Emotions are something which can help you to either stick at the same point or to overcome those particular situations.
To tackle the post separation stuffs in a better way we must need to observe our emotions. It can clearly give us an idea if we have not truly come to terms with them yet. If so take positive response from it and return back to your ex.
Else if you are strong enough to handle the situation and can easily control your emotions, then go ahead and forget the past.
Be Kind Enough
Expressing your feelings to yourself and others is a very important activity, which can help you to deal with the post separation stuffs. Engage yourself with some creative things like painting, or do some constructive works like building a blog with your life’s experience. These activities can help you to overcome the pains which separation brings in your life.
You can also go for learning something new like learning playing guitars, or instruments, etc. or you can also go for learning some new stuff like cooking classes, etc.
Always remember that people can make fun of your feelings at times, so always prefer to share your feelings with trusted persons only.
Learn Meditation
Meditation plays a vital role in overcoming post separation issues. It cannot only helps you in controlling your feelings, rather it also helps you to reduce stress in your life.
A few days back I came through one of the blog written by Ashley, one of my very close friends on Yoga for stress management, and I just realized that Yoga can also be used to overcome the pain which separation gives you.
Stay in Touch
Always remember that we are a social animal and we cannot remain happy without communicating with others. These are the days of technology and we can remain connected with many people with the help of Facebook, Twitter, What’s App, etc.
Always remember to remain connected with the world does not require many things. A call or email or a small SMS can work.
