Saturated fats are harmful for body as they increase cholesterol which slows down the flow of blood in the arteries, therefore should be consumed in a limited amount only. Poly unsaturated fats do not have much effect on the cholesterol level. Whereas mono-saturated fats are the healthiest of all as it helps in reduction of bad cholesterol and increases good cholesterol in the body. Layering down of fat in the body can lead to various diseases like diabetes, cardiovascular, heart diseases, gall bladder and high blood pressure.

People bigger in size and not in proper shapes are called fat, but each and every individual has fat in its body as it is an essential requirement of the body. Accumulation of fat in large amounts is not good for health and should be avoided. The very first place where it gets accustomed is belly and that is the reason why it is necessary to loose fat. Make use of following tips and you will surely be able to lose some fat.

Instead of eating three heavy meals one should take 5-6 small meals each day. This will help in stopping the accumulation of fat on belly. The diet should include everything from vegetables, fruits, grains and meat or dairy products. This also helps in increasing the metabolism of the body. Do not indulge your body on low fat or low carb diet program as it restricts macro nutrients in the body which are essential in maintaining a healthy body. This diet also leads to slow metabolic system and which results in making you fat as soon as you start eating normally.

Cardiovascular exercises are really helpful in losing the fat. It includes cycling, aerobics, jogging, walking and so forth. The ideal work out session would be four times a week of 20 minutes which needs to be repeated thrice. This will burn your calories and increase your metabolism rate.

One must cut on saturated fats and avoid good fats. Baking is a better option than frying. Weight training can also help in burning calories and building up muscles. Do not only target the belly area but instead one should focus on toning up whole body and your tummy will be toned automatically. A lot of focus is required as well as intensity is required when working out for losing belly fat.
