- Just remove your focus from the things you do not wish to be happening in your life. Rather focus on things which you truly desire. Shift the entire focus on the things which you are attracted towards and wish to manifest in your life. The state of lacking or wanting should be replaced with the state of accepting and receiving.
- Stop struggling with your current situation. It is normal to think that because of present circumstances you are not able to do what you wish to but you will have to stop this way of thinking if you really want to improve your life. The problems you are facing today are only temporary and will resolve sooner or later. The more you give them attention the more they will bother you, so just stop thinking about them and concentrate on the future awaiting you. You are tending to attract what you give attention to, so it is better that you shift your focus from all the difficulties and end the struggle.
- Focus on the present rather thinking about past. A few days back I watched a Hindi movie Zindagi na Milegi Dobara, with the same concept that live your present and forget worrying about your future. It was a awesome movie. Doing so (focus on the present rather thinking about past) will lead you towards the same. Stop thinking how things have always been and change your focus. If you do the same old things then the result will also be the same. It is more or less acting like an insane. You repeat the same things over and over again and expect something new, how is that possible. So learn to live in present and think about the future and forget the past.
- Stop sharing your old tales of woe to others. Because no one can do anything about it and also no one is interested. And the benefit you gain by doing so is that when you quit telling your old sob stories then you actually stop living with those stories anymore. Telling them again and again is just like reliving them again, so stop torturing yourself. Move forward without looking backward.
- Do what you feel like and don’t worry about others. Do what you think is best for you, everyone has an opinion in life. Do not get under pressure and fulfill someone else’s expectation. It is your life and live the way you want to.
- Do not make any unqualified judgments. One should not create negative energy around them. Never decide on a situation or person that it is bad, good, wrong or right. Emotional involvement is required to make judgments which leads to negative energy.
