  • A-Attainable – fix a goal that is attainable and have the confidence to achieve it. Sometimes you might feel depressed because of slow progress or failures but one should never give up the hope and keep trying.   • R-Realistic – goals should be realistic as unrealistic goals can scare you and stop you from taking any action.
  • T- Timely – set up a deadline this will increase your focus and a bit of pressure will lead you towards hard work.
