You can also use the Reserved Bandwidth option for Windows. Hit on the Start button and choose Run. Type in gpedit msc in the Open box and click OK. This will prompt the Group Policy window to open. Click Computer Configuration and select Administrative Templates. Hit on Network and choose QoS Packet Schedule and edit Limit Reservable Bandwidth. Click on Enable and replace any value with zero. Click on Apply and OK button to save changes. Doing this procedure can speed up the loading time of web page online.
