  1. Thanks for the information. I am suffering right now. I had soda and beer last night and coffee this morning. Can it be a combination of last night and this morning? I hardly ever get this and I haven’t even eaten anything yet today. I’m glad I finished reading your article through. As soon as I saw mint candy, I was about to grab it. Glad that I didn’t.     I believe that avoiding refined foods would be the first step to help lose weight. They will often taste great, but refined foods have got very little vitamins and minerals, making you eat more just to have enough energy to get through the day. When you are constantly ingesting these foods, transferring to whole grain products and other complex carbohydrates will help you have more energy while consuming less. Great blog post.

    Thank you so much. I’ve been drinking gallons of
    milk in the hope of lowering the need for medication,
    now I know why my symptoms are getting worse. I’m
    swapping this for pineapple juice and having banana
    for dessert each evening. Fingers crossed. Thanks again
    for very sensible advice.
