Why Eggs are a Perfect Breakfast Diet for You?
For me the best breakfast was an Omelet with bread. Recently I came through a few articles which were explaining about the benefits of eating eggs, so I too decided to write something about eggs, my favorite breakfast dish.
Eggs are the most popular and nutritious food items, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner, we can eat it at any time. For many people eggs are the simple combination of yolk and white, and they consider that eggs are a combination of fat (in the form of yolk) and protein in the form of white materials. But in fact eggs are not just these two things only.
Eggs not only contain proteins and fat rather they also contain vitamins (A, D, E, B1, B2, B6, B12), Iron, Zinc, Calcium, Iodine, and Selenium which is very much required for growing kids as well as for adults also. Here are benefits of these vitamins, which we can directly get from eggs:
Vitamin A: Vitamin A is really good for skin and body growth.
Vitamin B1: Vitamin B1 is one special types of vitamin which actually helps to release energy from protein and fat.
Vitamin B6: It is very good for our body and it helps to promote the metabolism of the protein.
Vitamin B12: The most important type of vitamin is the B12, which helps us in the formation of nerve fibers and blood cells in our body.
Vitamin D: Vitamin D is one the best vitamins and it is very much required for our body. It helps strengthening bones by increasing the calcium absorption rate.
Iron: As we all know that Iron is crucially required for the creation of red blood cells which helps us to increase the immunity system of the body and fight against the diseases. Thus Iron makes eggs much beneficial.
Zinc: Zinc is good for enzyme stability. Other than this it is also required for sexual maturation.
Calcium: Calcium is the most common type of mineral which helps us to strengthening the bones and teeth. Calcium is very much required to the growing kids and women.
Iodine: As we all know that decrease of Iodine in our body causes thyroid problems, so Iodine helps us to control the thyroid hormones.
Selenium: Last but not the least mineral found in eggs is Selenium which is actually similar to Vitamin E. It protects cells from oxidation.
So we have seen the benefits of the vitamins and minerals in eggs, other than these according to the experts, eggs contain the purest form of protein. Most of the nutritionists consider eggs as the standard while comparing with other food items. So friends be it Sunday or Monday, eat eggs daily.
