  1. if I eat less than 800-1000 calories a day I can lose ten pounds every week with no exercise. I have lost 30 pounds in a month twice in my life when I reached 200 lbs that way (with a 7 year separation so pretty good at keeping it off)

    That’s one bowl of fiber one cereal with milk
    one can of tuna for lunch
    a huge bowl of steamed veggies for dinner.
    and air popped popcorn at night.

    a daily vitamin, “i can’t beleive its not butter” and diet cherry pepsi cola, and soy sauce are no calorie freinds.

    Not only that but you feel great and are eating healthier than most times when you aren’t dieting.
    It’s simple.

    Yes very much true, only concern is to check the proper diet plan for your self, otherwise you might fell into problem. As geo mentioned that calorie cut can lose your weight without exercise, and it’s a fact.

  3. Loosing weight is not easy specially if you don’t excercise. Still, if you have a very balanced diet and you can stick to very firm decision to cut every thing which gives calories then its possible.
