    Nice article. To relieve from stress you need to get engaged in other activities you like. Feel free to do anything you like. Meditation helps a lot. Try out yoga classes. Its very beneficial.

  2. I read your whole article and I loved your article. Yoga today is very important in people’s life. Yoga is gaining more and more importance as there is a lot of stress at workplaces. Yoga is the best and easy way to reduce the stress.

  3. I’ve been exercising, 40 minutes of cardio/aerobics, 4-5 days a week for exactly 6 weeks now and I have not lost one single pound! Background info: I am only 15 lbs overweight. I am not dieting.
