Life is full of tensions and we need some sort of entertainment to get relief. Check these five tips which will help us to become tension free:
- Sit back and relax: though in today’s time there is no dearth of worries but every once in a while you should just let go. Problems are a part of life and there is no way you can escape from them. So if you have to face them in any case then why not face them coolly?
- Find solutions: if you have a problem giving you nightmares off late, then try to find out possible solutions to that problem rather than running away from it or just taking tension about it. Work out the possible solutions and try them. If one doesn’t work then the other would, certainly.
- What is there to lose? : may be nothing is working out from your end and you think you’ll never get a solution to your problem-what’s the worst that can happen to you? Think at the most what you will lose with the problem. When you start thinking in the way that there is nothing to lose then you tend to stop worrying.
- Have a positive attitude: always remember to have a positive attitude towards things. If you have a challenge then rather than worrying about it, work towards emerging triumphant. When you have a positive attitude, solutions to problems keep coming naturally to you. There nothing in this world which you can’t do.
- Seek medical advice: ok, so maybe you are of the types who hit the panic button too easily. In such a situation nothing seems to be working. It’s better to visit a doctor and seek his advice if you just can’t stop taking tension, before thing get worse.

Dear Chandra Shekhar je, don’t be so tensed about this problem, it is a problem which is generally faced by every second person out here, so don’t be tensed about this. You can prepare a budget as per your funds and go ahead accordingly. Aisa kaun kahta hai ki shadi khub dhum dhamake ke sath hi ho, sadgi me jo maja hai wo dhum dhamake me kahan? Aur jab hamara budget hi allow nahi kar raha to hame mahange options kyun dekhna chahiye?
hyeeee i hav a problem that i come easily in tension….. i don’t know why i think because I love a girls but i know i ca;t tell her that thing but i also know that she only see a good friend in me these all things make in tension

after 1 month of marriage my wife not waan to leave with me.she give excuse inot waan to leave in small city.I waan to leave in metro city.& also i have to make carrier in medical field.she is doctor.My life going very much in tension.Every time i am in tension when she got job any where in india she leaved me.what can i do.
Hi Ashok, thanks for sharing your tension with us, but I doubt if we can suggest you something in this regard, it would be better that you visit any Marriage Councillor and I am sure that they will help you.
I am suffering tension by my mother in law.she misguide to my wife against me. Then quarrel starts in my home.

My probelm is dat i am very much involved in a particular thing such as i make friends after graduation nd before dat i have no friends but now i am unable to concentrate on my carrer .i always worried about my friends.can u suggest me how to get rid of friends and how to concentrate on carrer

Mailed you my suggestion for your problem. My dear friend please understand that you are not alone in this universe who faces the similar situation. A few years back I was also one of them, but I shifted my focus towards my blogs and I am seeing the effects.
My prblm is my mother in law meri shadi ko sirf 1month hua hai par meri saas ne meri lyf ko hell kar diya hai aur sb se zyada shocking waali baat to yeh hai k mere husband v unka saath dete hai, nw plz sum1 tell me what wud i do?

Thanks for sharing your problem with us. As per my opinion this is the same problem which almost every second female faces out here in India. The situation become worse when the newly wed bride did not get the support from her husband. Ideally you should come up and try to become friend with your mother in law and also give full love and support to your husband.
my problem is for small small problems i use to get tensed . . I feel like i can’t do anything i lost life especially in case of studies. . Sometimes i don’t get sleep whole night. . I ‘m trying to control this but i can’t

my problem is that when i see a any thing eg:pen m scared to put it any place and fear feel it vil gonna in my ear, m touch my eye and checking one by one it, counting 1 to 5 that thing is oki ,even cap of any bottle create also problem for mine
Sudhir, thanks for your comment, but I guess this is some what psychological problem. You just need to ignore those things which are creating problem for you, you will have to forget them and divert your mind towards something else.

Mein ek larkiko bahut pyar kartahu meri jaan se zada.or uske liye meine kuchbhi karta hun,jaise ki paisa se help karna,mujhse kuch mange to usko pura karna.or jabbhi mujhe jo kuch bolti hai usko nibhana.ei sab maine karta hun.or uske bina mai ji nahi paunga.lekin woh kuch dinse mujhe avoid karraha hai,or mujhe bahut dukh deraha hai.maine socha usko bhul jaun lekin mein bhul nahi paraha hun.

My dear Rohit, thanks a lot for your comment and sharing your problem with us. As far as I can understand your problem, I guess she is not a good girl, she was taking benefits from you, so there is no point in remembering her any more and feeling the pain.
What I can suggest you is to focus on some different activities which you like the most, and I am sure that you will be able to forget her. My dear friend life is too short and there are some good people also around us, we just need to identify them, and they are sure to be remain in your life.

Dear Sheerin, Thanks for your comment on our site. Don’t having an email id is nothing to relate with your problem of unable to share your views. You actually need a friend with whom you can share your own views about anything, but the concern is that many people will not take your views as seriously.
What I can suggest you is to write a diary, and express whatever you are feeling about anything. I hope it will help you out.

The problem with me is im unable to concentrate on anything i just keep confusing at evry instance in my life.I psycologicaly feel very bad of my self by this.I look very thin i always feel inferior and shy among others and cant easily merge with my surroundings.So plz suggest a good advice to me may that would be a formula for rebuilding myself. ;-(
Hi Chandu, Thanks for your comment. I would like to tell you that there is nothing as such formula which can rebuild anyone. What is lacking in yourself is your self confidence. It is you who can only develop the same.
What I can suggest you is to write good books, which can provide you the positive energy, and never sit idle, always engage yourself with any work. Think positive and everything will change, never think what others are thinking about you. Just ignore all others.
hlo sir i am taking too much tension when my mine is not working.actually my mine is not working properly.i be afraid when i taking tension.i want to live tension free life but i cannot.
My dear Santosh, don’t take that much tensions. It is harmful to you. Always do the things which you like the most and live a tension free life.

Well in my opinion there is no need to take so much tension in life, just sit back and relax, every problems comes with a particular solution, we just need to find the same. Always have the positive attitude towards problems, and they won’t ever disturb you.
