5 tips to lose some extra weight!

Though a lot has been said about losing weight but certain people can never get enough of it. I am aware of lot of people who never seem to losing weight despite trying everything. Well, maybe you just haven’t tried everything yet; following are 5 simple and easy tricks which would help you shed the extra pounds.
- Bake, don’t fry: first step is to bake or boil your food instead of frying it. This would reduce your oil and cholesterol intake and would ultimately help you cut down on your calorie intake. You can boil veggies and sauté them in few drops of oil if you want.
- Cut down on fizzy drinks: you don’t even realize when you drink down extra calories while having fizzy colas. These drinks contain carbonated water and are high in sugar content. So by cutting down on these drinks you cut down on unwanted weight!
- Salads as lunch: salads make for great lunches and have fewer calories than any other type of lunch. Toss in some of your favorite veggies and any low cal dressing and your low cal lunch is ready. You can have it as much as you want till your stomach gets full.
- Take less salt: when you have salt in your meals, the salt retains the water n your body which increases your weight. So if you want to keep a tab on your weight then take less salt in your meals.
- Have cholesterol free butter substitutes: these days there are lot of butter substitutes in the market which tastes exactly the same but are cholesterol free. Switch to these substitutes and keep the extra fat at bay.
