  2. I am sorry friends for the spelling error but as I mentioned in my recent article this is because my English is too week. I am not here to gain any thing, and that’s why I am not going to lose anything at internet.

  5. For chewing the food also, it helps you avoid overeating too…sleep deprivation over short periods actually makes you lose weight, but over long term you gain a ton. depression can make you gain weight too, a lot of people (especially women) eat when they are stressed or depressed

    This is exactly why I don’t worry about my calorie counts being “too low” at the end of the day. I’d guess that I “really” eat at least 10-15% more calories than I record, due to approximation error, and that estimate is borne out by the rate I lose at.
