1> Take proper sleep daily:
Getting proper and timely sleep is too much crucial, if you are seriously trying to lose your extra weight. You can fix a time for going to bed. Try every night to go to the bed at the same time and at least take a sound sleep of seven hours. This will not only give you physical relief but mental as well. If you will remain in stress through out the 24 hours of the day then you won’t be able to lose weight.
2> Chew the food for sufficient time:
I know many people will consider it as a joke. They may ask me about the relationship between losing weight and chewing the food. The scientific reason behind this line is that if you don’t chew the food for the proper time then enzymes in saliva will not get the time to start the digestion process, which can affect your digestive system. Thus to lose weight try to chew the food at least 100 times before swallowing.
3> Drink enough water:
If you are doing the exercise daily to lose extra calories then only doing the exercise will not help you to lose those extra calories. Drinking enough water will help you to lose calories. One of the benefits of drinking water is that it will break the fats and protein of your body and will also act as a stimulant to guide your brain that you are not hungry. Water also suppresses the appetite and help fluid retention too.
4> Laughter can help you to lose a bit of calorie:
Yes it is true. Laughter can help you to help the functioning of your brain along with it will give you energy. I have always seen that if I am too much stressed then I prefer to watch one comedy movie and that always boost the energy behind me. Laughter can ease the blood pressure too. So next time if you meet some one give him a nice smile it will help you to enjoy yourself and to lose a bit of extra weight too.
5> Love can help you to lose weight:
The fifth but the most important factor which can help you to lose extra weight is Love. The feeling of love is the most important medicine dose which can lose the extra calorie inside you. It is in fact my personal feeling too that you need the motivation to lose the extra weight. That motivation can be achieved from your love.
In this fast moving world we need to manage everything within the short time, so we also need to manage our body fitness with our daily routine. A life full of tension is not going to help us in any way to lose weight so be relaxed and take the weight loss process easily.

For chewing the food also, it helps you avoid overeating too…sleep deprivation over short periods actually makes you lose weight, but over long term you gain a ton. depression can make you gain weight too, a lot of people (especially women) eat when they are stressed or depressed
This is exactly why I don’t worry about my calorie counts being “too low” at the end of the day. I’d guess that I “really” eat at least 10-15% more calories than I record, due to approximation error, and that estimate is borne out by the rate I lose at.
